Dear Year 6 Parents and Carers,

We are looking forward to celebrating our Year 6 school leavers on Monday 20th July 2026 with a picnic, starting at 1:00pm.
Due to the forecast of hot weather, we have adjusted our original plans; instead of a traditional barbecue, the children will now enjoy a pizza lunch in the shaded areas. To help make the afternoon special, please note the following details:
             Snacks: Children are welcome to bring in a few of their favourite snacks to enjoy and share.
          Activities: Pupils are encouraged to bring in board games or card games to play with their friends.
Our goal is to provide a relaxed, fun and memorable afternoon for the children to look back on. They have been a fantastic year group, and this is a wonderful chance for them to celebrate their time together before they leave us to face the exciting challenges of secondary school.
Parents are welcome to join us from 2:00pm to enjoy time mixing as a year group of pupils and parents.
