Our Class News this week –Monday 8th December - Friday 12th December 2025 

This week the children have continued to practise their Nativity, which they are looking forward to performing next week. On Wednesday the pupils enjoyed a  Pantomime from the Booster Cushion Theatre. They thoroughly enjoyed watching and participating in this professional production. 

With the Christmas Nativity performances fast approaching, we have sent a sheet home with your child explaining what part they will be playing. We will supply the costumes. You can just turn up and enjoy!

If your child is a Star or and Angel then please see the note about tights and shoes. 

The Advent Giving Calendar 

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Caritas Advent Calendar donations. The donations are really appreciated. 

Homework

Thank you to all the children who competed the Advent Actions over the last couple of weeks. The work is so lovely that we have collected it in and we are going to create a class book. A huge thanks to those of you who emailed the office a picture of your child performing an act of kindness at home.  We will be continuing this until Christmas if you would like to email your picture in. 

Well done to all those pupils who have been learning the Christmas carols, which was last week's homework. I will keep the links on the class page until the end of term.

Important Information

Please can you make sure your child has a book bag.  Book bags must be brought to school every day. 

Please can you make sure you work through your child's reading book with them daily and sign the yellow comment book. 

If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate to talk to the member of staff on the gate in the morning.
